Joe White founded C J White Consulting, LLC to help small businesses thrive by simplifying financial management, payroll and establishing clear, effective internal operating policies. With experience as an operations manager, Joe understands the importance of accurate, real-time data for making informed business decisions. His expertise lies in breaking down complex financial information and crafting policies that reduce risk, improve workplace harmony, and ensure operational consistency.

A retired Major with the West Virginia State Police, Joe served for 25 years, leading initiatives in policy development that remain in use today. He holds a Master’s in Strategic Leadership, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, and is a Certified QuickBooks Level 1 and QuickBooks Payroll ProAdvisor.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Joe is a dedicated husband to his wife Bridget, who together are raising their three children - Jerzee, Jaggar and Jhett. He is also a dedicated community volunteer, coaching youth sports and making a positive local impact.
